What does therapy cost?
Each session runs for 50 minutes and costs $140. There is some opportunity for a sliding scale rate when multiple sessions are needed decided on a case by case basis. I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards,
Do you offer an initial consultation?
Prior to your fist session we will have an initial phone call lasting usually 10-20 minutes.
Will you accept my insurance?
Terram Therapy appointments are only available for private pay. This is a conscious decision as the hope is to not have limits on therapy duration, or to be encouraged to preemptively diagnose a patient due to insurance eligibility. Additionally Terram Therapy strives to keep each session as confidential and secure as possible by keeping all sharing of information to a minimum.
However, some insurance plans may reimburse you for my services, and if that is something that you would like to pursue I am happy to prepare a monthly or weekly statement for you to submit to your insurance provider.
What if I need to cancel?
Being a busy mother of two young girls, I will be the first to understand that things come up all the time last minute. That being said, I request that all cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within the 24 hour window you will be charged the full session fee. If you need to cancel please do so via the client portal or give me a call.

What days and hours are you typically available to see clients?
I am available for appointments all day during business hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Additionally, you can check out the online scheduler to view my upcoming availability and request an appointment.
