I work with startup executives one-on-one to better understand who they are, and the problems that lead them to seek therapy. Career counseling is a type of counseling that focuses on helping individuals explore and plan their careers. It typically involves working with a counselor who has expertise in career development and can provide guidance and support to individuals as they navigate the process of choosing and pursuing a career.

Trauma Counseling


Trauma counseling is a type of therapy that is designed to help individuals who have experienced trauma or are struggling with the effects of trauma. Trauma refers to an event or series of events that are experienced as extremely stressful, overwhelming, and often life-threatening. Examples of traumatic events may include natural disasters, physical or sexual assault, accidents, or combat.
